Kenpo
Kenpo is a distinct style with roots in China, Japan, and Hawaii. The Kenpo material taught in our school today is very similar to that which was taught when it was first developed in the mid 20th Century. Emphasizing punches, kicks, locks and takedowns, its adaptive nature helps ensure the best possible outcome for the practitioner.
