Weapons

Taking your style to the next level.

The traditional weapons arts still have a place in today’s training.  Artistic weapons like the iron fan, nunchaku, sai, and tonfa come from an Okinawan tradition known as “kobudo.”  They give us a link to the past with a highly coordinated skill set.  Practical weapons like the bo (staff), cane, and escrima sticks give enrichment to the well-rounded martial artist and another “tool in their belt.”

In all cases, students learn something beyond their normal material in a unique way.  Our weapons classes are open to all students, purple belt and above.

Weapons Class is typically held every third Saturday of each month from 10:15-11:15am.
